Green Diva jewelry is made to order, giving it the ultimate flexibility for modifications based on your preferences. Each piece is crafted for one bride and one bride only; there is no mass production of designs. Have a question about your order? Email us or call our studio at (586) 350-0311. 

Order Timeline
If we have the necessary supplies on hand, we can begin the project immediately. If not, we may be delayed by 1-5 weeks while we either produce or order the necessary components.  Custom orders can take 1-3 months to complete, depending on the number of items in the order, the complexity of the design and other factors. We keep an open communication with all of our customers about estimated time frames for delivery, so that you are in the know at all times.

Rush Orders
If your need is URGENT, we recommend calling our studio at (586) 350-0311 prior to placing your order to confirm the anticipated turnaround time. We always try to work with our customers to provide a timeframe that accommodates their situation. Occasionally, rush orders may incur a nominal fee, but we try to avoid this if at all possible.

Shipping
Default shipping is USPS Priority Mail, which typically takes 2-3 business days to arrive. We have found it to be a very reliable shipping method. USPS confirms delivery only, not in-transit details. Thus, for more specific tracking options or rush delivery we also offer ground, second day and next day delivery options through UPS and Fedex.
