RECYCLE YOUR CELL PHONE
Want to earn $15 toward any necklace or bracelet?  Well, if you have an old cell phone lying around, you are well on your way.  Green Diva has partnered with Earthworks/Collective Good to facilitate the recycling of cell phones to keep toxic metals out of landfills.  We do NOT profit from this activity in any way; all proceeds go to our non-profit partners.  Learn more or watch a video on the harmful effects of landfill metals.

2 WAYS TO RECYCLE JEWELRY

1.  Repair and Refashion
Give your grandmother's pearls a facelift before flaunting your heirloom piece down the aisle.  Learn more about how to refashion your old jewelry through the Green Diva refashion program.

2.  Upcycle unwanted jewelry
Green Diva has partnered with the Ethical Metalsmiths, a non-profit that provides education to jewelers and crafters about using responsibly-sourced metals to prevent further destruction of our precious lands through metal mining.  As a partner, we collect old, unwanted jewelry from our customers and donate it to be re-fashioned and resold by the Ethical Metalsmiths at their annual Jewelry Makeover event.  The event is held in a different city each year and all proceeds are for the benefit of the nonprofit's work to encourage social responsibility among the jewelry and buyer community. 

To donate your outdated jewelry, send your jewelry along with a note stating your intent to donate the items to Green Diva PO Box 805977.  We will include your generous gift in our annual shipment to the Jewelry Makeover event.
